Fran Llorens, cantante de jazz “crooner” presenta en concierto, en el Parque El Majuelo de Almuñécar, el 26 de agosto de 2024, su nuevo disco doble “Crooner’s Jazz Concert” grabado en directo en la prestigiosa sala “Clarence Jazz Club” de Torremolinos. Es un recorrido por los grandes Standards de Jazz del siglo XX que popularizaron los crooners más emblemáticos como Tony Bennett, Frank Sinatra, Jack Jones o Andy Williams. Con un formato muy jazzístico formado por José Luis Lopretti (piano), Cuni Mantilla (contrabajo) y Cote Calmet (batería) tres excelentes músicos con una dilatada trayectoria profesional en el mundo del jazz, el concierto retoma el repertorio del crooner más clásico, inmortal e imperecedero compuesto y escrito por los mejores autores de aquella época como Burt Bacharach, Richard Rodgers, Lorenz Hart, Erroll Garner o Marvin Hamlisch, con una incursión en el bolero, género a la misma altura del mejor jazz, en el que se homenajeará al gran Armando Manzanero. 


 Fran Llorens, “crooner” jazz singer, presents in concert, at El Majuelo Park in Almuñécar, on August 26, 2024, his new double album “Crooner's Jazz Concert” recorded live at the prestigious “Clarence Jazz Club” venue in Torremolinos. It is a tour of the great Jazz Standards of the 20th century that were popularized by the most emblematic crooners such as Tony Bennett, Frank Sinatra, Jack Jones or Andy Williams. With a very jazzy format formed by José Luis Lopretti (piano), Cuni Mantilla (double bass) and Cote Calmet (drums), three excellent musicians with a long professional career in the world of jazz, the concert takes up the repertoire of the most classic, immortal crooner and imperishable composed and written by the best authors of that time such as Burt Bacharach, Richard Rodgers, Lorenz Hart, Erroll Garner or Marvin Hamlisch, with an incursion into the bolero, a genre at the same level as the best jazz, in which tribute will be paid to the great Armando Manzanero.
